Request Service

If your vehicle needs service in one of the areas outlined on the Services & Pricing page, you can reach out here.

This page explains how to contact me and what information to include so I can respond efficiently.

How to reach me

The best way to reach me is by text message or voicemail.

I may not always be able to answer calls immediately while working, but I do review messages and return them as soon as I’m able.

Text is usually the fastest way to get a response. Voicemail is preferred for calls.

What to include in your message

To help me understand your situation and respond accurately, please include:

  • Your vehicle (year, make, and model)

  • The issue you’d like looked at

  • Your general location

If it’s easier, you’re welcome to send a photo of your license plate or VIN instead of typing vehicle details.

If you send a license plate number, please include the state it’s registered in.

You don’t need to write a long explanation — just enough context to start the conversation.

What happens next

Once I review your message, I’ll let you know:

  • Whether the request is within scope

  • What the next step looks like

  • If scheduling makes sense

If the work isn’t a good fit for mobile service, I’ll explain why and help guide next steps.

A quick note on expectations

  • Service is by appointment, not on-demand

  • The $125 service call covers travel and on-site assessment

  • Repairs are discussed and approved before any work begins

If you haven’t already, reviewing the Services & Pricing page first will answer most common questions.
